Water Resources Engineer Responsibilities: 

• AutoCAD Civil 3D design/drafting for the preparation of site plans and conceptual layouts 
• CAD support for the design staff 
• Commercial, residential or mixed-use site and subdivision 
• SWM, Grading, ESC & Utility design 
• Regulatory permitting, Zoning review & site visits 
• Meetings with municipal professionals 

Water Resources Engineer Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 
• 4 + years of residential and/or commercial Land Development experience 
• Effective written and communication skills 
• Proficient with AutoCAD (Civil 3D Preferred) 
• Knowledge of the planning and zoning process 
• Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals a plus
