Our client is a multidisciplinary Civil design & Consulting firm offering a broad range of services to include consulting, engineering, environmental, planning, design and construction throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage multiple highway and transportation design projects 
• Develop project schedules and budgets 
• Supervise and mentor younger design engineers 
• Provide quality assurance for meeting design criteria
• Assist in technical proposals and development of statement of interest 
• Coordinate with clients, sub consultants and regulatory agencies 

Qualifications: 

• Candiate must be a Professional Engineer (PA)/PE track 
• Minimum 6-15 years of highway and transportation design experience
• Must have familiarity with environmental permitting regulations/procedures 
• Ability with preparation of pre-bid construction schedules & cost estimates 
• Penn DOT & PA Turnpike Commission project experience highly desired 
• Familiarity with traffic engineering and traffic signal plans preferred
• Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals a plus
