Senior Civil Engineer/PM – Responsibilities:  

• AutoCAD Civil 3D design/drafting for the preparation of site plans and conceptual layouts  
• CAD support for the design staff  
• Preparation of color renderings and other design related exhibits  
• Commercial site and subdivision  
• Grading  
• Storm water management  
• Utility design  
• Regulatory permitting  
• Zoning review  
• Site visits  
• Meetings with municipal professionals  
• Other duties as assigned  

Senior Civil Engineer/PM – Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering  
• 5 + years of residential and/or commercial site design and permitting experience  
• Effective written and communication skills  
• Proficient with AutoCAD (Civil 3D Preferred)  
• Knowledge of the planning and zoning process  
• Self-starter who can work independently and with team members  
• Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals a plus
