Project Manager – Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs.
  • Oversee budget and schedules for various projects.
  • Plan and direct engineers and drafters working on specific projects.
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan. 
  • Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. 
  • Provide input into developing the budget. 
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. 
  • Project managers typically report directly to an owner. 

Project Manager – Qualifications

  • Candidates must have minimum 5 + years of project management experience
  • Experience with an Engineering firm helpful but not required 
  • Must be capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a go-getter and have the ability to learn quickly 
  • Must have B.S. in business or related discipline or equivalent experience
